Returning Products

If you are a private customer you have a restricted right to return your order. If You return a product(s), it or they must be unused and like new, in the original product package and with all the product and material labels attached. You have right to return goods within 14 days after you have received the package. We will pay back the price of the products(s) within 14 days after the package has arrived on our post office.

If you return the goods to our store we'll pay back by cash or directly to your bank account. If you return the goods with post, please fill in the Return Form You got with the goods. You don't have to tell why you want to return the product(s).

We will pay the postal fees if You send the products back to us from Finland. If you send them back from other country You have to pay the delivery fee.
