Tracking an order

After you have made the order, we'll send you the username and password with which you can see the situation of your order. If you have chosen pick up at our store for a delivery method, we'll inform you by e-mail and text message when your order is ready to be picked up.

If you have chosen Posti or Matkahuolto for a delivery method, we'll also send you the tracking code with which you can track your parcel at the web page of Mathuolto or Posti.
